Knightscliffe is the proper standalone showroom with the full HSL high-back, riser-recliner and orthopaedic-seating lineup on the floor, plus the made-to-measure consultation team properly resourced. Sterling Home is the lighter touch — concession floor, slightly narrower range, shared staff attention. If you actually need the orthopaedic chair-fitting service, Knightscliffe is the right address. London Road is the convenience option for the east side.
